Exchanges

You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • With original tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To request an exchange, please contact us at support@eightiesclo.com.
Once approved, our shipping partner will arrange a pickup within 2–3 business days inside Morocco.


Defective Items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us at support@eightiesclo.com within 7 days of delivery. After review, we will offer an exchange.


Final Sale Items

  • All discounted items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.

  • All gift card purchases are final and non-refundable.


Refunds

Eighties Clo does not offer refunds.
Returns are accepted only for defective items and are handled through exchanges.
